The HQA (aka Performance Series) camera recorders have three methods of client connections. One is through the on-screen operations menus. There is also a Web Client most of our clients use. Also there is a HonView Mobile Application. Both the web client and the on screen options are covered in the manual link below.
HQA Web Client: This involves inputting your DVR's web address into your browser address bar. Below is a how to video for basic operations through this method. Click here to download a manual for your HQA camera system.
HonView Application: To download the application for your mobile device simply select your operating system from the options below.
HDCS Windows Program: Click the link below to download the Windows PC client for your Honeywell system.
