Steps to checking out resources from the AUSD Lending Library (Please note you must have attended a PD on the tool that you want to borrow before borrowing it)

Checking out a Resource

1. Check the Lending Library Calendar to see if the resource(s) is/are available.

2. Email George requesting access to a resource. (Resources can be checked out from Wednesday to Wednesday and can be renewed for an additional week as long as you contact EdTech before the due date).

3. The EdTech Squad will send you a calendar invite for the week you intend to check out the kit. Make sure to accept the invite before you pick up the kit.

4. Come to the Alisal EdTech Office (Located at Bardin Elementary in the Back) on the designated Wednesday between 1:40 & 3:05.

5. At the time of checkout, someone from the EdTech Squad will send you a calendar reminder for returning the kit and review the inventory of the kit.

6. Reminder: If the resource you are borrowing requires battery power, may need to recharge the resource before using it.
