The Align Academy got a face lift.
Align's HubSpot integration allows you to automate updates of your key metrics and numbers via HubSpot data. This data is stored on Contact, Company and Deal records within HubSpot. There are currently a variety of metrics that can be linked to a Metric in Align with more being added all the time. Updates to the values in HubSpot trigger updates to the Metric in Align. It’s that easy. Save time by not having to chase down metric updates for important company metrics in Align such as your:
Deals Closed Won
Deals Closed Total
Win Rate
Total Deals
Total Open Deals
Total Deal Value
Average Deal Value
Average Days to Close
Sales Velocity
Average Won Deal Size
Total Contacts
Total MQLs
Total SQLs
Note: The HubSpot integration is an account level integration and only able to be added by Admins on the account. If you are not an admin you will need to contact the account owner to gain access to this option.
To activate the integration you’ll need to first connect your Align account with HubSpot.
Navigate to Company Settings from the Administration dropdown menu in the top level navigation
Scroll down to the Integrations section and locate HubSpot from the available integrations
Click the gear icon for HubSpot to configure
Click Connect to HubSpot and use your login credentials to sign into HubSpot.
You will see a green checkmark under the Enabled column verifying that the account has been successfully linked and is ready to use.
Connecting a number to a metric is the best way to ensure that everyone has access to the metric and can use it. To connect HubSpot to a metric use the following steps:
Navigate to the Metrics page from the left sidebar
Click Add Metric at the top left of the page
Give your metric a name and description then navigate to the Integration dropdown
Choose HubSpot from the dropdown and select from the available metrics you would like to track.
