Youth Participation Plans were co-designed and implemented by 4 Local Workshops, one in each European town. This first phase of Local Workshops was focused on the co-design of a participation process between young people, youth workers and local agents. The product of this first phase of Local Workshops was the 4 Youth Participation Plans (YPP). Subsequently, these Plans were applied for the co-production of local strategies for the implementation of the SDGs in their cities (Youth Vision Plans 2030).
