Mr. Brecht's P.E. Class

About Me: My name is Taylor Brecht. I was born and raised in Norway, IA and graduated from Benton Community High School in 2008. I started teaching at Alburnett in the 2013-2014 school year. I currently teach K-5 P.E. and 9th-10th Grade Health. My favorite thing about Alburnett is the friendly atmosphere and the small town feel.

Below is a copy of the specials schedule, and you will notice we are on a six-day rotation this year. Please review the schedule and remind students to BRING THEIR TENNIS SHOES on days they have P.E. Thank you.

As we move towards Standard-Based Grading, I wanted to share the Scope and Sequence (below) that my curriculum is centered around. Essentially, for PE we use the five National Standards. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I am looking forward to a great year!
