Who We Are

UAS Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a nationally affiliated student organization for college students. Our chapter was chartered in May 2016.  Our membership is open to all undergraduate and graduate students in all majors interested in human resources.

Our Mission

To advance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of University of Alaska Southeasts' SHRM Student Chapter members by providing essential resources through education, networking, career guidance, and human resource activities. 

What We Do

We are a virtual Chapter, which means we meet via teleconference or video chat.  Additionally, we network with local HR professionals in various settings as a chapter.
