Open Educational Resources (OER) are doing great things to improve accessibility to materials from a variety of fields, yet there is very little adoption of OER in dietetics and nutrition. To help increase the number of quality OER materials available, DN A475 Advanced Nutrition students create an OER product on each year's selected topic.
