Vendor Registration

We welcome all health career related fields and auxiliary services - educational opportunities, career & employment connections, student support services, and student funding options to join us for this stellar event. Tables are free for this event, although you are encouraged to provide a door prize or financial sponsorship is always welcome!

Set up starts in Murie at 7:30 a.m. and the main AIMES presentations are completed by 2 p.m. 

We also have additional time slots for longer presentations after the primary presentations, or in the days just prior to, or after, AIMES (Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Monday). Contact alwald@alaska.edu for more information on booking additional student contact time.
