Soror MarQuisia Johnson, Basileus
Greetings!
As we embark on another Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, let us hold fast to his words "Everybody can be great because anybody can serve". Even though we are still in a virtual world due to the ongoing global pandemic, we will continue to serve our communities and beyond. Due to the continuing Omicron variant, our January Chapter Business Meeting will be virtual. During this meeting, I will present my vision for Tau Rho Omega and give updates from Madam Regional Director. The virtual doors will open at 10:25am and we will begin promptly at 10:30am.
We must remember the words of Solomon in the book of Proverbs chapter 3 verse 5...."Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding". Please continue to pray for each other as we journey forward. And it is my honor to lead us on this amazing journey. Be safe and be blessed!

“Vision of Excellence”
“Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over [with no space left for more]. For with the standard of measurement you use [when you do good to others], it will be measured to you in return.”- Luke 6:38 AM
Greetings Sensational Sorors,
I truly pray you and your family are doing well. Please take a moment to review the updates below as we embark upon this administration of HOPE. We need you, so continue to be the change you want to see!
OUR STANDARDS
TRO is a phenomenal chapter. Our sisterhood is strong and we work hard. However, we are striving to get better. We have greater laurels to win and greater tasks to begin. During the January chapter meeting, we will ask you for feedback on the 2021 End of Year Survey by using the lens of Circle of Control and Circle of Influence. Please take a moment to review the results below, so that you are ready to engage in the process.

OUR WOMEN OF PEARLS COMMUNITY ACTION FOUNDATION
The Women of Pearls Executive Board is excited about 2022. As we kicked off our first meeting on January 13, its productivity demonstrated the readiness of the group to get to work. It is our goal to share more information about the WOP Foundation, how to use its status, and simply learn about nonprofit organizations soon. There are two vacant positions on the Board: Technology and Community Service. If interested or interested in learning more about the desired position, please let me know.
If there is a need to use the Foundation’s status, please reach out to a Board member. If your employer makes charitable contributions to nonprofits, please inquire about their willingness to donate.
