3. Personal Data collection
3.1 Personal Data collection for Visitors
The Website can be visited anonymously. The Website may process anonymous metadata through cookies such as the URL of the requested file, the amount of data transferred, the date and time of the request from the User, Internet browser information, operating system type, the IP address of the used device, the Internet service provider, reference links such as user clicks on certain links. This metadata cannot be used by the Website to obtain personally identifiable information. This information is only used for general purposes, such as technical improvements, statistical and marketing analysis.
3.2 Personal Data collection for Users of the APP
We collect the following categories of data when you use the APP:
a. Device identifiers. We read the Android system identifier (SSAID / ANDROID_ID) in order to create a stable account for your device. From it we derive a hashed device identifier and an authentication key; the raw system identifier is not transmitted in plain form. Where the system identifier is unavailable, a randomly generated identifier is created and stored locally on your device instead.
b. Device and technical information. Operating-system version and security-patch level, APP version and package name, device manufacturer, brand, model and hardware identifiers, supported CPU architectures, screen size and density, language, country and time zone, mobile carrier name and network type, and available memory and storage. This information is used for compatibility, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
c. Content you upload. The photos and text prompts you submit are transmitted to our processing servers in order to generate the output you request, together with the resulting images or videos.
d. Purchase data. When you purchase Gems or a subscription, the payment is processed by Google Play. We receive the purchase token and order identifier required to validate your purchase and deliver the corresponding entitlement.
e. Attribution, analytics and diagnostics. We work with the third parties listed in Section 3.3 to understand which campaign led to your installation, to measure usage of the APP, and to diagnose crashes and performance problems.
3.3 Third-party services
The following third parties process data in connection with the APP:
Google Play Billing (Google) — processes your payment and returns the purchase token and order identifier used to validate purchases. We never receive your card or bank details.
AppsFlyer — mobile attribution. Processes your advertising identifier (GAID) and install-referrer data in order to determine which campaign or channel led to your installation.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring) — processes event, crash and performance data associated with your device in order to measure usage and improve stability.
Each of these providers processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.
