7:00am: Pick up from Indaba Hotel

7:25am - 7:40am: Participants arrive at school 

7:50am - 8:20am: Opening Ceremony in Theatre

8:20am to 8:30am: Parade of Nations

8:30am to 8:40am: Set up for rehearsals

8:40am - 10:10am: Mass rehearsal 

10:10am - 10:25am: Break 

10:25am - 12:40pm: Mass rehearsal 

12:40pm - 1:40pm: Lunch in Kgoro

1:40pm - 3:10pm: Sectionals

3:10pm - 3:25pm: Break 

3:25pm - 5:10pm: Mass Rehearsal on theatre stage 

5:10pm: Students depart AISJ, return to hotel

6:30pm - 7:30pm: Dinner at the Chief's Boma

7:30pm - 9:00pm: Social Activities
