Technical solution
We are very happy that the school purcheased the solar panel, battery, hybrid wind solar controller and 500W wind generator. And they allow us to use the place on the roof of building A on the sixth floor with 30 meter height to collect data. The ESP32 is connected to the schools WiFi and submits data every two minutes. More details at setup.
