There is some software that may be required to be installed on your computer for full functionality of C2C

How to install Middleware

How we do this

There are two C2C Middleware which may need to be installed on the computer on which you will use C2C

1. Practice Middleware

   • This allows you to import scanned documents, pathology and radiology into C2C

   • This is required for secretarial staff computers

   • Importing documents into C2C is possible without this Middleware. For importing single documents, this is adequate. For large volume scanning and importing, importing using this Middleware makes it easier

2. Printing Middleware

   • This is required to allow printing of scripts and pathology and radiology requests from within C2C. This allows printing of these documents with the correct format to fit into the script paper and request form templates

   • This is required for clinical staff who will be printing scripts and requests
