Parent Teacher Conferences &
FAFSA & College Information Night
Wednesday, February 5th
Parent Teacher Conferences will be on Wednesday, February 5th from 4:30 to 7:30. We will also have our FAFSA and College Information night in the Student Support Center as well. More information on that is below in the "Senior's Corner."
Parents/guardians can drop in between 4:30pm-7:30pm or make an appointment. Those with appointments will be prioritized.
If you wish to make an appointment, here’s how to schedule your conferences:
Create a list of instructors who you would like to meet with. (Your student’s schedule information is available through the Infinite Campus parent portal or you can ask your student for their schedule.)
Click on the instructor’s name in the list on the Conference Sign Up document (instructors are listed alphabetically) and you will be directed to the Sign-Up Genius form for that specific instructor. (Be sure that you have pop-up blockers turned off on your computer). The conference sign up document was also shared with families in January via email. It can also be found on our ECA website. If you did not receive it or are having trouble finding, please email or call the school and we can re-share it with you.
Review the instructor’s open time slots and choose a time that works best for you.
Enter your name, email address and your student’s name and click sign up now
We hope to see you there, and check out Senior's Corner below for more information about FAFSA and College Information Night!

FAFSA and College Admissions Night
We invite all juniors, seniors, and their families to attend our FAFSA & College Admissions Night on Wednesday, February 5 from 4:30-7:30 PM. This event offers an excellent opportunity to meet with representatives from Aims Community College, the University of Northern Colorado admissions and financial aid offices, and Employment Services of Weld County.
Seniors can receive hands-on support to complete their 2025-26 FAFSA, while families will have the chance to ask questions about college applications, financial aid, and the admissions process.
Scholarship Award Letters
Seniors, share with us your scholarship award letters! We recognize scholarship awards in your graduation program and want to include and recognize everyone. Please report your scholarships here.
Our district values your feedback! Starting January 27, 2025, we will be asking you to take a brief survey to tell us about your experience with Early College Academy. To ensure we continue to provide high quality, rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners and prepare them for college and career, we need your feedback. We want to know what you think.
The survey will begin on January 27th and close on February 21st. You will be able to take the survey online at home, or when you come to your school’s parent-teacher conferences. Watch your email for a message from Panorama Education. You can use the link inside that email to take the survey. You can complete the survey using a computer, tablet or smartphone. The survey is offered in 4 languages, English, Spanish, Somali, and Arabic.
We thank you in advance for your thoughtful responses. If you have any questions about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 970-348-5800.
Hello, everyone! My name is Timothy Ruth, and I’m thrilled to join the ECA team. I first came to Northern Colorado to study at UNC and graduated with a major in Spanish. I then moved to working for the Global Refugee Center here in Greeley. For the past six years, I’ve worked as a librarian, specializing in Early Literacy and Newcomer populations. This role allowed me to support and connect with students from diverse backgrounds, fueling my passion for education and helping students realize their full potential. When I’m not working, I love spending time hiking and woodworking. I’m excited to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to education to this incredible team and look forward to working with the students of ECA to succeed!
Access to Aims
Early College Academy students are also Aims students, which means they have access to Aims' Physical Education and Recreation Center (PERC). The PERC offers recreation hours, intramural sports, and activity classes.
Students who wish to utilize the PERC during the 2024-2025 academic year must have a completed
"Minor Waiver of Liability on File".
Parents/Guardians, if you have not done so already, please complete the waiver on behalf of your student.
Questions? Contact the PERC at 970.339.6295 or physical.education@aims.edu
