About AIESEC in the Philippines
AIESEC in the Philippines Foundation, Inc. is a duly organized entity & NGO under the Securities and Exchange Commission and a non-VAT registered entity under the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and existing virtue of the Republic of the Philippines Laws.
AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. We are a global youth-led NGO striving to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind’s potential by activating leadership qualities in youth through learning from practical experiences in challenging environments. Previously, we would deliver cross-cultural exchange experiences by sending Filipino volunteers and interns abroad, and hosting international volunteers and interns. In spite of this, we choose to pivot for whom our leadership is for - we want to engage and develop the Filipino youth from home.

Global Talent (GTa)
Global Talent (GTa)
Global Talent is a product which enables youth to work in foreign companies while developing their leadership skills. This has three kinds of opportunities based on the duration as Short term, Mid term and Long term. Global Talent will be providing opportunities in the fields of Business Administration, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing and Teaching.
Global Volunteer (GV)
Global Volunteer (GV)
Global Volunteer is a 6-week program that aims to develop the youth’s leadership through a volunteering project contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals, Social Consciousness, Social Responsibility, and Impact.
