What Is LTa?

LTa is a groundbreaking new initiative designed to empower young people like you to develop your careers and secure internship opportunities with reputable companies. With a focus on providing tailored support and guidance, we will ensure your talent meets opportunity, making career growth straightforward and accessible.

Key Program Details:

Opportunities: LTa connects participants with internship opportunities in legal, officially registered companies.
Age Group: Open to motivated and qualified individuals aged 18-30.
Work Schedule: Participants will commit to a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 hours of work per week, ensuring a balanced approach to professional development and personal commitments.
Duration: Internships will span 3-6 months, allowing participants to immerse themselves fully in their roles and gain comprehensive experience.
Procedures: Upon registration, participants will undergo an interview process. Selected candidates will then receive a preparation seminar to familiarize themselves with AIESEC, their hosting company, and the expectations for their internship. Furthermore, participants will receive soft skills training from AIESEC in Georgia to enhance their leadership and professional skills.

Continuous Support:

Throughout the internship, participants can expect ongoing support and guidance from the LTa team. AIESEC will be available to address any concerns, provide assistance, and ensure a successful internship experience.

Shortlisting & Matching

Through the LTa program, outstanding candidates are meticulously shortlisted and matched with leading companies, ensuring a perfect synergy between youth talent and professional opportunity.

Selection & initial Interviews

You will be contacted for an interview by AIESEC.

Approval

Once the interview is completed successfully & meet the requirements of the opportunity, AIESEC will approve you for the LTa program.

Final interview

The second interview will happen with the respective company upon the AIESEC approval for the LTa program
