As the ocean weeps,
I can’t help but cry with it
I too have felt loss.
Grade: 9
Bio: In her spare time Luisana finds herself reading quite often, her favorite works being Osamu Dazai's "Schoolgirl" and "No Longer Human." She also enjoys doing reaserch on unsolved mysteries or true crime in general, and spends time scrolling through articles or watching documentaries.
What was the most difficult part of your writing process for this work?
Getting the words right is definitely the hardest part, I'm very particular about my words.
What is your ideal writing environment?
I write best when I am alone with my thoughts, typically at night. There's a comfort in knowing that no one else will see me while I write, I'm allowed to simply do it.
What message do you hope to convey to the reader through your piece?
I think my view on the world is odd, but that's because I haven't seen through the eyes of others. I think that through my writing, I might be able to have people experience what I do.
