A&H LMN CUSTOMER PORTAL

All current customers are able to visit their A&H LMN (Landscape Management Network) Customer Portal to keep an eye on the services A&H is providing them. On your A&H LMN Customer Portal, you'll be able to view proposals, see upcoming services we have scheduled, and view detailed information for services that have been completed. You can even view photos that our crews have taken of your site(s). This is a great tool year-round but can be especially convenient for the snow season when it may be critical to know when your property was last salted and/or plowed.

A&H began using the LMN Software in 2016 and it has been a game changer for our efficiency, bidding, and record keeping. All of our team members use LMN for punching in and out of jobs, as well as recording materials used, making notes of any information A&H or the customer should know regarding their site, weather notes, and crews are even able to upload photos to go along with the task notes they submit. A&H's Management Team creates bids using LMN and once a job is signed the bid goes straight into an open job that our crews can begin punching into and working on! This software has made providing service information to customers so simple already, with the numerous reports it allows us to create, the introduction of the customer portal has taken this to another level of convenience and transparency for our customers!


**Please note: Although Bill Pay is an option through the A&H LMN Customer Portal, A&H will not be utilizing that at this time. We do offer convenient online Bill Pay through Quickbooks, however - click here to learn more!**

If you are a current customer and would like to sign up for the A&H LMN Customer Portal, just send Tim an e-mail and let him know that you are interested. Once Tim has granted you access to your portal you'll be on your way to keeping track, in real time, of the services that A&H is providing on your property (or properties)!
