Hi! I’m Shannon Bruckmann and I am honored to teach at Atlantic Highlands Elementary School this year as an in class resource educator for either LANGUAGE ARTS, MATH, or perhaps both, depending on the individual student. My role is to collaborate with our scholars, my 6th and 2nd grade teaching partners, and our AHES team to nurture and support each student in their educational journey.

Although I grew up in central Pennsylvania, I attended Drew University in New Jersey for my undergraduate degree in Psychology, and returned to Bloomsburg University for my Masters in Exceptionalities after that. Since starting my career that spans 25 years here at AHES (wow, that went fast!), my greatest education comes from working with and learning alongside my students and colleagues here each and every day!
