Frau Wolfe/Madame Wolfe/Señora Wolfe
Hello! I am excited for the 2019-2020 school year; my 14th year teaching in the U.S. In addition to studying abroad in Germany, I also lived and taught English at a German middle/high school after graduating from college. The time I have spent living and traveling abroad has made an incredible impression on me and is truly my passion.
First, I'd like to tell you how PROUD of you I am for having an interest in learning about another country, language, culture, and people. As Ludwig Wittstein wrote, "Die Grenzen meiner Sprache sind die Grenze meiner Welt." (The borders of my language are the border of my world.) You are embarking on a wonderful language learning adventure that will have tremendous benefits for you and your future. I hope this website provides resources of inspiration, advice, and practical help for you this year!
I live in Ham Lake with my husband (a Spanish teacher) and our three boys. We enjoy camping, playing sports, reading, playing, and looking forward to many adventures as a family!
