• Dates: March 13-18, 2022

• Destination: Orlando FL, and Coco Beach, FL

• Students must be enrolled in Band, Choir, or Both

Tentative Itinerary:

Day 1: Travel from AGWSR HS to Orlando

Day 2: Day at Universal Studios

Day 3: Perform at Walt Disney World, Day at Magic Kingdom

Day 4: Day at Hollywood Studio, Performance at Medieval Times, Dinner at Medieval Times

Day 5: Travel to Cocoa Beach- Swim, Walk the beach, visit Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, Head home

Day 6: Travel back to Iowa

Travel Company:

We travel with Good News Tour and Travel out of Minneapolis. They have been our travel company for our last 3 trips and do a great job. If you want more information, here is the website.

Trip Insurance

• It is up to each family to decide if they want to get/look into trip insurance.

  • Insurance is good if you have a medical condition (Many of those require it to be purchased within 15 days of your deposit though. (May 3 is our deposit date.)

  • Usually sickness, death of a family member, and a couple of other things are covered by the policy.

  • Covid in and of itself is not covered (As far as I can tell) If you GET covid and can not go, that would be.

• Good News Tour and Travel (our travel company) does not handle insurance themselves but they do have a company they work with, Travel Guard.
