Eragon is an epic fantasy adventure that I couldn’t put down. The story follows Eragon, a farm boy who discovers a dragon egg and is thrust into a dangerous quest to overthrow a tyrannical king. The bond between Eragon and his dragon, Saphira, is heartwarming and one of the book's highlights.

Paolini’s world-building is impressive, full of magic, danger, and rich history. While some parts feel a bit slow and the writing can be overly detailed, the action and emotional depth make up for it.

If you love dragons and epic quests, Eragon is a fantastic read.
