If this attestation is not completed, the certification will NOT be loaded into your Learning Lab account. This is invitation-only and is dependent on that attestation to grant access.
STEP 3 - You will receive an email (the email attached to your UHC account) from: donotreply@vertafore.com that looks like this (typically within 24-48 hours after completing the training video and attestation)
STEP 4 - Login to your UHC JARVIS Portal https://identity.onehealthcareid.com/oneapp/index.html#/login
STEP 5 - Navigate the the Knowledge Center
STEP 6 - Click Learning Lab
STEP 7 - Click "In Progress"
STEP 8 - You should see the invitation below. If it's under "Not Started" it'll be at 0% started. If it's under "In Progress," it'll be at 50% complete. Click this.
STEP 9 - Click "Additional Resources." To access the 2024 study guide (has I-SNP & IE-SNP training material that is on the test), Click "Download.
The assessment is 15 questions and requires a minimum of 85% to pass. You have 6 attempts to pass and will NOT be granted any extra tries. You may utilize the Study guide as you are taking the assessment.
STEP 10 - Once complete, you can print out your completed certification by clicking "Achievements"
