Students please use our new ticketing system if you are experiencing issues with your assigned Chromebook. Clicking on the image below will redirect you to the login portal. Please use the Google SSO option to login.

If your assigned Chromebook is not functioning you can submit the ticket from another device. You can also use the Incident IQ mobile app for Android and iOS. Please note that you must have your account on your personal device to use the Android or iOS app.
