WHO WE ARE
AGATE is an organizational transformation consultancy founded in 2022 to help companies navigate the deep structural shifts redefining work today—shifts driven by evolving employee expectations, the normalization of hybrid and remote work, and increasingly, the rise of AI and other generative technologies.
Organizations today must reckon with converging changes across the workplace and workforce. The old distinction between organizational, process-driven transformation and behavioral, employee-driven transformation no longer holds. At Agate, we see these not as parallel tracks but as interdependent dimensions of a single, necessary transformation. Addressing one without the other leads to misalignment, friction, and missed opportunities.
We partner with clients to surface what needs to change—whether in workflows, roles, decision-making, physical space, or digital infrastructure—and build the strategies to act on it. Whether it’s redesigning work to support new modes of collaboration, enabling distributed teams through intentional space and process, or creating adaptive systems for continuous iteration, Agate brings strategic clarity to complex transitions.
