The was the first short inspection carried out since the school was judged to be good in March 2014.

...pupils enjoy coming to school, and attendance is considerably better than the national average

...pupils feel safe in school. The premises are maintained securely and pupils are appropriately supervised at all times

The OFSTED inspection in March 2014 made the following judgement: "This is a Good School"

...a rising number of parents choose to send their children to Plumberow

...teachers make careful and accurate assessments of children’s progress

...there is a strong family atmosphere and relationships between pupils and staff are excellent

...Plumberow still has the community spirit of a small school!

"Good teaching at Plumberow is resulting in pupils making good progress. The pupils personal development is outstanding, resulting in excellent behavour and very strong attitudes towards learning. Because of this, pupils are being well prepared for the next stage in their learning and their future lives."
