Langer Primary Academy receives funding directly from the government through the Education Funding Agency (EFA). We receive exactly the same budget share if we had been under the control of the Local Authority (LA), but importantly we also receive a proportion of the LA’s central budget in compensation for services they no longer receive.

The majority of funding which comes through to Langer Primary Academy is delegated to the governing body which means that governors have complete control over how it is spent so long as it is for the benefit of pupils within the financial framework set down in the Academy’s financial regulations.
