Kingsley announces new website

We are delighted to introduce our new website which features improved navigation, visuals and information. The top navigation bar remains but you will also find the key areas of the academy via the main homepage buttons: Learning & Teaching, Calendar and Term Dates, Academy Tours, Extracurricular Activity, Prospectus and Sixth Form. Look out for the Kingsley satchels at the bottom of the page too which give fast access to Term Dates, Show My Homework, Uniform, Ofsted and Vacancies. We are also keen to keeping everyone updated with what we are doing in school so the Home Page houses our Twitter Feed and News Feed so keep abreast of what is going on by bookmarking our website or following us at @kingsleyactive. We hope that the navigation on the website is easy to understand but don't forget, if all else fails, use the search function which you can find in the top right hand corner of this website.

Certificates available for collection

We are pleased to advise that GCSE /A Level certificates for the summer 2018 exam series will be available for collection from school reception from 10th December 2018 till 12th December from 10am to 12pm.

As these are legal documents, students will have to collect and sign for these at main reception. Please bring photograph ID. Unfortunately, we are unable to put them in post. If students are unable to collect their certificates, they may nominate someone to collect them on their behalf. Students must email in advance of the day giving information of the person collecting the certificates. They must also bring photograph ID.

Please keep these documents safe; they will be required when applying to universities or employment. Replacements are very expensive and vary depending on the exam board.

Are you ready to train with the best?

I make jumping look easy! 7.46m indoors in Bratislava, 7.75m at the Aviva European Indoor Trials and UK Championships!

I was always an athletic teenager, geared towards sports and fitness, but it was an accident when I ended up discovering an innate talent for the long jump. My first love had always been football, until I incurred an injury that took me away from the sport, and I took to the athletics track looking for a new passion to sink my teeth into. I was led through a variety of sports, until an instructor directed me to the long jump because of my height as I was almost six feet tall already! Immediately, I was enthralled with the sport, and my training schedule spiralled from there, and that took me into National Competitions.

New student entrance now operational

Please be aware that student entry to school is now through the Prince Regent Road gate (adjacent to the Car Park).

This gate will be open between 7.45am and 8.30am.

The Cecil Road gate will no longer open automatically in the morning.

Students who are late (after 8.30am) will need to come to the Cecil Road entrance and buzz reception.

Exit at 3.00pm remains the Cecil Road gate.
