Complaints:

Should a parent/carer wish to make a complaint, please follow the procedure below:

1)

Raise any issues with the Headteacherl in the first instance. You can contact him through his PA, Ms Traynor, on jtraynor@kingsleyacademy.org. Ms Traynor will inform the Headteacher of your concerns as soon as possible. The Headteacher will then speak with you before investigating and then updating you on the outcomes of his investigation.

2)

If you feel that the Headteacher's feedback to you has failed to resolve the situation or your complaint is about the Headteacher himself, then please contact the Chair of the Governance Board, Robert Turner, either via the Headteacher's PA or directly on rturner@academiesenterprisetrust.org.
