Decisions at Post-18

As you come to the end of Sixth Form you have a decision to make about how you are going to continue your education or career.

The three main pathways students can choose from are:

  • Apprenticeships

  • University

  • Full time employment

Whether you already have an idea about what you'd like to do or you may have no idea what you want to do when you finish Sixth Form, it's important to get fully informed information as this is the only way to make a decision which is right for you!


What are Apprenticeships?

How do I apply?

Applications are made directly for each apprenticeship and vary between employers, but commonly include an application form; interview and assessment centre.

Newly Released Apprenticeships for 2020/21

  • BP have just released level 4 and level 6 Apprenticeships in Software Development; HR and Trading & Shipping.

Full Time Employment
