The overarching responsibility for Governance of the academy lies with the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) Board of Trustees.

PCAB (Parent and Community Advisory Board)

The Management Board hold the Academy to account for children's progress and for effective financial procurement and ensure that the senior leadership of the school are helped to develop the academy further. This includes support with bidding for additional funds for improved facilities and resources for the children.

The Management Board are additionally active members of the Academy Community who work together with the Academy staff and Children to ensure that Every Child Matters at Beacon Academy through:
