Leadership Team

Kevin has a wealth of human resources and training experience in the public and private sector gained over twenty years of practice in a variety of industries. Prior to joining the education sector in 2005, Kevin held a national role leading a human resources function for one of the largest multi-site motor retail organisations in the UK, where he led on remodelling their reward strategy and systems to drive forward business improvements.

He has significant commercial knowledge as well as a sound understanding of the education sector having worked within a cluster of academies in the North East before joining Academies Enterprise Trust in 2012, as well as previously working for a consultant for the DfE and other academy chains on various projects.

Kevin has a BA (Hons) degree in Business and is a chartered fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
