STEP 1: TRANSPORT SECURITY CLEARANCE
BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH AIM'S SIGNING AUTHORITY

AIM employees are required to work in a restricted area - to do so, an application needs to be sent to Transport Canada Transportation Security Clearance (TSC). This process takes minimum of an hour with AIM's Signing Authority (Brittany Walsh) as you will be providing all residence, employment and education within the last 5 years.

STEP 3: COMPLETE SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING
MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE GETTING AIRPORT PASS
Please complete the following 3 Training Modules before going to Pass Control (at Toronto Pearson Airport) and please send me your completed training certificate.
Take a copy, or show on your phone the Training Modules to Pass Control as they would like to see it completed.

When entering the building you will be on Level 5 - Pass Control will be located on the right side of the elevator

STEP 1: RECEIVE TC CLEARANCE EMAIL
You will receive an email from the GTAA (ZZG-RAPS-PRODmailbox) Indicating Clearance Notification email will state "TC Clearance for (Last Name), (Frist Name) has been approved"
STEP 2: SIGNED RAIC APPLICATION
Please reach out to AIM's Signing Authority (Brittany Walsh) and request a signed RAIC application

Walk Pass Control office (down the hall towards the terminals)
Once you walk through the doors, turn right and walk down the stairs/escalator in front of the Subway. Once you're on level one turn left to the back wall and continue down the hallway towards the elevator where you will find room #FB1039C on the left.
