  • As a result of the clean and neat appearances of our units, both inside and out, we attract higher quality tenants.
  • We offer 24-hour maintenance service in order to respond immediately when a tenant has a problem that needs to be handled right away. We employ quality service technicians to do our maintenance work.
  • Our offices are open Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. A mobile phone number is available for after hour emergency calls. We advertise on several rental websites, place signs and flyer boxes on properties where permitted, and forward all rental information to all relocation companies within Northwest Arkansas. We provide expert analysis on market rents in the Northwest Arkansas area.
  • Supervision - we inspect all properties on a regular basis, keep accurate records and maintain excellent communication between owners and tenants.
  • Reports - we render complete monthly statements of each property. This includes original bills/receipts and copies of all financial transactions that are forwarded to the owner by the close of business at the end of each month.
