Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 17 years old

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

• You may not impersonate others

Description of Service

Who: Imposter Spy Word Game is a social deduction party game with:

• Local multiplayer

• Online multiplayer

• Voice chat

• Multiple categories and word packs

Accounts are anonymous and created automatically.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Use offensive or discriminatory language

• Cheat or exploit the game

• Use hacks or unauthorized tools

• Reverse engineer the App

Voice chat must be used respectfully.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

In-App Purchases

• Premium unlocks unlimited gameplay and all categories

• 3 free games for non-premium users

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

• Refunds are handled only by Apple

Intellectual Property

All App content is owned by Arda Erem Karagöz.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Apple App Store

• RevenueCat

• Firebase

• Supabase

• Agora

Their own terms apply.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or $100

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
Jurisdiction: Istanbul courts.

Apple-Specific Terms

• Apple is not a party to these Terms

• Apple has no responsibility for support or claims

• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
