Helping Hand Transition

Greetings in the name of our soon coming King. In these trying times the Association would like to continue to support you in acknowledging the children who are moving on to Pathfinders. As such we have planned a Transition ceremony for the Helping Hands. This ceremony is planned for July 2nd 2022. Deadline for the submission of the names of Helping Hands to ensure that they are a part of this effort is June 24th 2022. Below are recommended specifications:

Each submission must have:

Name of Helping Hand

Name of Adventurer club/church

Counselor/instructor name

Area

One photo of the child with the suggested specifications:

• In A uniform

• In color

• Size suggested to be 3.5"X5"

• Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera

• Have both eyes open

• May be from the waist up

• Should be taken in Portrait or landscape mode.

For the Coordinators and Directors:

Please ensure that congratulatory messages are 2-3 minutes in length. When recording your messages, please have your light source, natural or electrical, in front of you. For example, do not record in front of a sunny window; it will create a silhouette on the recording.

Please list your name, church, and Adventurer club along with your video and picture so we can identify you

Please use the landscape method when recording video submissions.
