FOR ASSISTANCE LOGGING INTO TUTOR SYSTEMS
Below is a list of programs/ app and other tips for teaching online...
TIPS:
1. There can be lots of pressure when hosting a video call. So make sure you do it when necessary.
Think about what you plan on presenting or what you plan to discuss with your class.
2. Think about using other apps to communicate, forums in Moodle or Google Classroom (click here for more information).
3. You do not always need to do a live video. You can use the recording feature in both apps (Zoom, Meet and others), to record a demonstration. This can then be shared to learners (via google drive or uploaded to Youtube). Like having a video recorder on your computer.
4. If you have a bad internet connection, don't feel pressure to use your webcam. Instead use your microphone, which allows you to connect with your learners and uses less bandwith. If you are mostly sharing your computer screen, then learners do not need to see your face.
