Sedat Alataş

Welcome to my webpage!

I am currently an Associate Professor of Economics at Aydın Adnan Menderes University in Türkiye and a former Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Laboratory for Climate Change Economics at HSE University in Russia. Earlier in my career, I also attended the Advanced Studies Program (ASP), an advanced Ph.D. leading degree in Economic Policy, at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in Germany. My research lies at the intersection of energy and environmental economics, material efficiency, and sustainable growth, combining econometric methods with policy-oriented analysis.
