4/9- Gold Coast Track and Field Championship today has been rescheduled to tomorrow 3:30pm at St Andrew's.

No MS Swim Practice today due to weather.

4/3- Congrats to the boys and girls competing in the Palm Beach County Track and Field Championship. Cydni Turner won the 800m, Maisha Atkinson set school record in the 100m with a time of 12.43 (4th) and in the 200m with a time of 24.98 as well finishing 3rd in 400m. Maya Smith set school record in the 100mH with a time of 17.29. Girls 4x400 (Chloe Dohler, Lucia Giangaspero, Cydni Turner, Hannah Herbst) set school record of 4:15.25. Girls 4x800 (Nora El-Abbar, Maisha Atkinson, Hannah Herbst, Cydni Turner) finished 3rd overall.

4/1- Congrats to Pete Pokatragool with a PR in High Jump (5'2) and Ritch Dieujuste with a PR in Triple Jump (11.82)

3/28-3/30- 12 Student-Athletes competed in the Florida Relays over this past weekend. Turner and Atkinson took 2nd and 3rd in the 800m and girls 4x800 ran an impressive 9:55.41 which ranks them currently 3rd in the state and the boys 4x800 had a season best at 8:35.42 which places them 4th in the state rankings.

3/27- Boys and Girls last week had Palm Beach County Qualifies and 5 girls (Atkinson, Giangaspero, Mendez, Smith, Turner) along with 3 relays and for the boys Gassant and Molina along with 2 relay teams will compete Wednesday for the County Championship.

3/23- Congrats to the Girls HS Track Team winning the Westminster Invitational!

3/15- HS Track had a great meet at the University of Miami with boys 4x800 and 4x400 along with girls 4x400 setting Season Best. Robert Ramsay finished 2nd overall in the 300H.

3/12- Our Boys MS Track and Field team winning the St Andrews Invitational while the girls taken 2nd place! #owlsrun

3/8- Congrats to Maisha for winning the 200 and 400 today at Calvary HS Invitational as well as qualifying for the Florida Relays in the 100! Also, congrats to Chloe for running her PR today in the 400!

3/7- Our Boys MS Track and Field team were named Co-Champions at the Calvary Christian Invitational! Also, congrats to Ritch (100h, 200h, TJ, HJ) and Kamari (100h, 200h) for qualifying for the State Championship Meet in May!

2/28- MS Swim Try Outs will be Wednesday March 6th and Thursday March 7th from 3-4:30pm.

2/21- Congrats to HS Girls Track team finishing in 1st and Boys 2nd at the St Andrew's Invitational. Also, congrats to Cydni Turner who ran a 2:21 800m, qualifying for the Pepsi Florida Relays at UF!

2/20- Congrats to our 2nd and 3rd Grade Girls winning the Conference Track Championship!

1/24- Elementary and High School Track, MS Girls Varsity and JV Soccer and MS Boys Basketball practice has been canceled due to weather.

1/14- MS Girls soccer team got their first win vs St Jude 2-1, improving their record to 1-0-1. Congrats to our Boys MS Basketball team improving to 2-0 with a 56-13 win over St Jude!

1/11- HS Girls Basketball team got their first District win vs St Andrew's. Way to go Lady Owls!

1/10- Congrats to our boys MS basketball Varsity and JV teams beating American Heritage in the season opener!

1/8- MS Girls JV Soccer game on 1/9 has been canceled.

12/11- Congrats to our HS Girls Soccer team with a 5-1 win over King's Academy

12/10- Try Outs for Girls MS Soccer Grades 4-8 will be Friday, December 14th from 3-4:30pm. All forms must be turned in prior to try outs.

12/4- Try Outs for Boys MS Basketball Grades 6-8 will be Friday, December 14th from 3-4:30pm. All forms must be turned in prior to try outs.

11/28- Boys JV Soccer game on dec 6th @ Calvary has been canceled

11/27- Congrats to our HS girls soccer team winning their 1st district game 2-1 over University School!

Elementary Track and Field TRY OUT INFORMATION:

  • Grade 2-5
  • Tuesday and Wednesday Dec 4-5th from 2:30-3:45pm
  • Must have a physical turned in to the Athletic Department prior to try outs (if you already turned one in, we do not need a duplicate)

11/26- Congrats to our soccer teams having a successful day. Our HS Girls team top Somerset Canyons 8-0, MS Boys JV Team defeated Spanish River Christian 6-0, and our MS Boys Varsity team remained undefeated with a 0-0 draw v Spanish River Christian

11/19- Congrats to our Boys MS Varsity Team, winning today 4-3 v St Andrews. The boys move to 4-0-0 and go into break in 1st place! Keep up the hard work boys!

  • Post Season Updates:
    • HS Swimming had a great showing at their District Meet with the boys finishing in 4th and girls 6th
    • HS Cross Country Boys Team finished 4th at Regionals which qualifies them for the State Meet. Zachariah John finished 9th and Michael Deoliveria 12th. Also, Maisha Atkinson finished 9th and qualified as an individual runner for State as well. Way to go Owls!

10/23- High School boys Cross Country was FHSAA District 13 Runner Up. Top runners were Zacahriah John (3rd), Michael Deoliveira (6th), and Clyve Gassant (13th). On the girls side, the team finished 3rd overall, Maisha Atkinson (6th), Hannah Herbst (8th) and Nora El-Abbar (12th). Both boys and girls team advance to Regionals on 10/31.

10/17- Good Luck to our MS Flag Football team competing in the Gold Coast League Finals today 4pm @ Spanish River Christian School. Go Owls!

10/15- Good Luck to our High School Girls Volleyball Team playing in the quarterfinals for Districts at 7pm vs Somerset College Prep @ Up On Top in Port St. Lucie

10/8- Monday- Elementary and Middle Cross Country practice is canceled today

10/5- Owls Cross Country showed up at Disney. Boys HS won the Hercules Division, Boys MS won the Baymax Division, Elementary finished 2nd in Olaf, and HS Girls 3rd in the Mulan Division...bringing home 12 trophies and 58 medals!

10/3- Congrats to our MS Flag Football Team beating NBP 14-0, and clinching a birth in the Gold Coast League Championship Game!

10/1- Awesome fight from our MS JV Girls Volleyball team beating American Heritage in 3!

9/28- Congrats to our HS Girls Volleyball team ending their drought and winning their first game in the past two season vs Sheridan Hills. Great way to head into post-season!

9/28- Congrats to our Elementary Boys Cross Country team traveling to Lakeland and winning the Meet while our girls team finishing in 2nd. Medals were award to: Nathaniel Leslie, Kenny Haddix, Julian Slive, Maiya Castillo, Cali Castillo, Reese Kusptas. Way to go Owls and good luck at the Disney Cross Country Classic on 10/5

9/27- Congrats to our MS Varsity Flag Football team beating St Joan 25-0. Way to go boys. They will be battling for the 1st place spot on Monday 10/1 v Spanish River. Go Owls

9/25- Congrats to our boys HS XC team winning the school's 1st HS XC Meet! Zachariah John finished 1st while Michael Deoliveira came in 3rd. Well done Owls!

9/24- Congrats to our MS Girls Volleyball teams today! Both teams winning 2-0 over Pine Crest Ft Lauderdale. Way to go ladies!

9/21- MS Boys Cross Country received another qualifying bid to the State Meet while Elementary Cross Country boys and girls both winning in their first meet of the season. Way to go Owls!
