Fadhil Nadhif Muharam
I am a PhD student in economics at the Stockholm School of Economics and an affiliated researcher at the House of Sustainable Society (formerly Misum).Â
Currently, I am a Visiting Research Student at the Vancouver School of Economics, University of British Columbia, hosted by Prof. Siwan Anderson from January to June 2026.
My primary research interests lie at the intersection of development economics, the economics of gender, and the economics of the family. My current research agenda investigates the role of social norms in shaping children's welfare in developing countries. Specifically, I focus on the determinants of harmful norms and their impact on the accumulation of human capital in children.
