Our physical, mental, and sexual health are integrally connected. When one aspect suffers, the others will undoubtedly be affected. By examining how these various parts of yourself are integrated, we can work to bring balance and confidence into your life and relationships.
I will take a collaborative approach to assist you in achieving your goals. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can discuss concerns that may be causing you anxiety, shame, frustration, or sadness.
Whether you are looking to develop coping skills, strengthen your relationships, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I can help. My practice is LGBTQIA+, kink-, and poly-affirming.
I am licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and DC. I am currently accepting new patients for video or in-person appointments.

Payment
A 45-minute individual session with me is $195. For a 50-minute couples or multi-partnered session, the fee is $245.
I am an out-of-network provider with insurances. If you have insurance, you can contact your provider and ask about your plan's reimbursement rate for out-of-network mental health services. It is common for insurance companies to provide a significant reimbursement after your deductible has been met. A monthly statement can be provided to you to assist with the reimbursement process.
A few questions that are important to ask your insurance provider about your mental health coverage:
How much will I be reimbursed?
What is my deductible? Has it been met?
Do I have a session limit?
Please note that the session fee is due at the beginning of our sessions. I accept payment through Venmo.
