A little bit about me.....
I have been teaching in Ada for the last 5 years (this is year 6, WOW!!!). I've jumped around grade levels a few times since I've been here, this is my second year in 4th grade! I finished my Master's degree in Educational Technology, so hopefully we will be able to incorporate technology into our learning more effectively this year, especially to help with prepping ourselves for Jr. High classes. This year, I will be teaching mathematics, reading, science, and social studies classes to our 4th grade students.
On a personal note, I live here in Ada with Mitch, our daughter Leni Lee (born in March!!), and our dog Scout. I have recently started new hobbies to keep me busy in my downtime. Flowers and painting are among the new hobbies, while reading, finding great new TV shows to watch, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and staying active are among my long time favorite things to do. I can't wait to meet you (again!) and have a fantastic year together!!
