About this quest

In this Animation Quest, Eagles get to be animators and create an animation to be “premiered” at an Evening Exhibition event.

Through this quest, we aim to:

• Introduce Eagles to the art of storytelling. They will explore what makes a story great, or does it depend on the storyteller?
• Make at least 3 different animations using stop-motion (or otherwise) and using using technology to compile and edit.
• Plan, organise and work as a team to producing & directing their own animation for the Evening “Premiere” Exhibition.

The Animation Studios had been very busy dreaming up, designing, filming, adding sound effects, editing and publishing their an animation ready for the Exhibition Day! Do check the animation studios blog links below for their trials and tribulations throughout this journey.

This week, some of the ES Eagles had a go doing what their the elder Eagles did last week. They took a short clips of the Ormie the Pig and gave it sounds... Next week, the ES will be taking a break from making animations. Time to focus on the final animation!

The MS Eagles are taking a break from making animations this week and the next. They are focusing their efforts on the final animation for the Sprint!

The MS Eagles this week were given an award winning animation clip whose sound have been stripped away. They had to bring it back to life with their own music & foley sound
