My doctoral research was supported by a Fulbright Scholarship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as research conducted at UC Louvain in Belgium. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Patras in 2020.
For the past five years, I have taught courses in Philosophy, Ethics, Politics, and Greek Culture at this institution. In parallel, I have served as a Lecturer in Ancient Philosophy (covering the Presocratics, Plato and Aristotle to Epicurus) at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2022–2024) and the University of Patras (2021–2022).
Prior to my academic career in philosophy, I earned my Degree in Law and an LL.M. in the History and Methodology of Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and practiced labor law for over five years. This dual background in Law and Philosophy allows me to bring a unique perspective to the classroom, grounding abstract concepts in real-life legal and political examples. My published work explores the internal history of ancient thought as well as its modern reception.
