For a year, I lived in a violent and poverty stricken neighborhood in Montevideo, Uruguay, and through the contact with the teenagers on the street, I slowly came to understand that the ‘art of teaching’ was something that was congruent with my life.
I greatly enjoy playing many sports (in particular volleyball, soccer, tennis, and ping pong) and love spending time outdoors, exploring, traveling, and getting the chance to take pictures of sunrises or sunsets.
Eccomi! Now I am back at ACS, although this time as a faculty member. I am grateful to be here and ready to discover teaching and accompanying students on their own unique journeys.
