My name is Christian Delacruz, and I am a proud father of twins, Isaac and CJ, and a daughter named Chloe. My wife, Cristina, and I have been blessed with 15 years of marriage. I serve as one of the pastors at Emmanuel Bible Church in Vineland, NJ. In my role as the Dean of Students at Atlantic Christian School, I oversee the discipline and spiritual aspects of our middle and high school students. . I believe that all discipline is an opportunity for discipleship, guiding students toward Christ and helping them enjoy Him forever. It is an honor to serve in this capacity, and I am deeply committed to supporting the spiritual and academic growth of our students.

My aim is that the next generation will walk in the wisdom of God with simplicity, godly sincerity, self-control and sober mindedness possessing the discernment to distinguish good from evil and be grown up in every way into Christ.
Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.

That the students might possess a deep and abiding love for Christ.
That Christ might be their Lord, their Savior, theis King and their greatest treasure.
That the students would taste and see the all-satisfying glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
That Christ might be for our students the ever-present and highest aim of all their actions and thoughts and feelings.
