Summer Band

The Arlington Summer Band Program will run for 5 weeks this summer! This program takes place at Arlington High School and is a great way to keep your child playing their instrument over the summer. Some highlights of the program:

- Rehearsals run from 9:00-10:30 am at Arlington High School.

- Rehearsals are Monday-Thursday each week (the first week will be Tuesday-Friday due to July 4th).

- There is a 33% discount if you register by May 1st!

- You do not need to sign up for all 5 weeks (but you can if you want to!). Students are free to pick and choose whichever week(s) they are available.

- Students will play songs and do band activities during Summer Band. There is no homework - it's just a fun way to keep playing over the summer!

I have found that students who attend Summer Band, even just for one week, come back very well prepared for Band the next year. If your student will be entering middle school, it's also a great way to meet kids from other schools that will be in Band with your child next year.

Paper brochures and registration forms will be going home soon. Parents can pay by check or cash with the brochure or you can register and pay by credit card online at the following link:
