Grade 10 students are encouraged to apply; however, priority is given to Grade 12 and then Grade 11 students. 

The application for Winter Break internships is due on Wednesday, November 29 by the end of the school day.

Internship Description:  The student will help build the company’s patient-facing brand. This will include research into accessibility and execution of brand elements. 

Requirements: Grade 11 or 12, students must have Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac.

Internship Description: Learn about business support and be assigned to an area of work dependent on the student’s interest (i.e., marketing, admin support, leisure or recreation activities, health, and fitness).

Requirements: Students must be female because it is a ladies only Club. Students may not photograph or video any clients/customers while on the work premises to maintain privacy (some conservative clients prohibit being captured on photo/video).

Company Description: Halo is a Chicago based fintech company that owns and operates a proprietary technology Platform providing education, investment tools, and distribution capabilities for protective investments. Halo's regional head office is based in ADGM, Abu Dhabi, and provides an internship program for students in UAE universities and schools.

Internship Description:  The internship program focuses on the operational side of the business while also spotting the light on compliance and anti-money laundering matters.

Requirements: Senior interested in fintech.

Company Description: Etihad Rail was established with the mandate to manage the development, construction and operation of the UAE’s national freight and passenger railway network. The long-anticipated project will be revolutionary for the federal government, economy and public sphere.

Location: Al Rawdah

Internship Description: Students will learn about the engineering and construction work that has gone into such a monumental project of this scale and the impact it will have on Abu Dhabi, the UAE and the region. 

Requirements: Students interested in engineering and construction.

Internship Description:  Students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various hospitality departments, honing their skills in customer service, event planning, and hotel operations. They will work closely with experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of providing exceptional guest experiences. The program is designed to expose interns to a dynamic and fast-paced environment where they will develop valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Requirements: Students interested in hospitality; a no Objection Certificate is required.

Internship Description:  Students who are interested in business, economics, accounting, or finance will have the opportunity to be introduced to different departments in the company, learn from workshops, and experience a practical case study session.

Requirements: Grade 11 or 12 only. The majority must be Emirati nationals (ex. 3 of 4 or 2 of 3). Students must sign an NDA if they are 18+ (if younger, then their parents must sign the agreement on their behalf)
