ACS Athens Student-Athletes of the Fall Sports Teams
All ACS Athens coaches
1) You have to be 3-5 steps away from a wall and either bump or set the ball as long as you can in a period of 30''
2) You have to juggle with a soccer ball (or any kind of ball you have) in a period of:
up to 15'' OR
up to 30''
(using your feet)
3) You have to do as many sit-ups as possible in a period of 30''
4) You have to do as many burpees (with no push-up) as possible in a period of 30''

➡️ If you are a Volleyball athlete, you must choose the Volleyball Challenge and two other challenges of your choice
➡️ If you are a Soccer athlete, you must choose the Soccer Challenge and two other challenges of your choice
➡️ If you are a Cross Country athlete, you must choose 3 out of the 4 challenges.
The scores from the 3 challenges will be added for each participant and the team with the highest average score wins.
Qualification in the team rankings requires at least 30% of athletes' participation.

Ask a family member to take a video of you while doing each challenge.
⚠️ Each video should not exceed the 30'' limit. Videos more than 30'' seconds will not be considered.
You have to submit 3 videos in total to the Online Results Form.
❗ These videos will not be shared online - they will be reviewed by the Athletic Department's staff members to verify the results you submit.
