We are proud of the new Athens High School campus that opened to students for the first time in 2019. The design of this campus was intentional, seeking to create a physical environment that would help foster a culture rooted in collaboration, creativity and communication. From the open-concept classrooms to flexible seating furniture selections, the learning spaces on the new campus reflect the vision that is being pursued inside the classrooms - a vision of students growing together, learning from one another and becoming truly invested in their learning. We understand that the structure is always secondary to the extraordinary things that are happening in classrooms every day. However, we also believe there is value in having a learning environment that is inspirational and reflects the quality of the students and their work that happens inside.
